Our signage is available in a variety of substrates, sizes, and thicknesses. Paired with full-color printed vinyl with a protective overlaminate, or direct to substrate dye-sublimation, we're able to create an unlimited number of custom options.

Based on your needs we'll help you choose a substrate that works best for your project. Our in-house designers will help you create an eye-catching design for the most effective advertising.

Substrate Options:

• ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) - two thin layers of aluminum with a plastic core; available in 1/8" and 1/4" thickness options
  
• PVC Sheets - lightweight, durable option; available in 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" thicknesses
• Steel Composite Material - two .25mm steel sheets with a polyethylene core with a magnetic receptive surface; great for custom dry erase / magnetic task boards
  
• Corrugated Plastic - 4mm thick, fluted polypropylene plastic material; great for short-term indoor or outdoor applications
  
• Polystyrene - .03 thin plastic material offered as a dye-sublimated option for low cost signs
  
• Polyair - 4mm bubble core, smooth finish, lightweight & rigid; offered as a dye-sublimated option for low cost signs
• Acrylic - clear and white options; many different thicknesses; can be laser-engraved & routed-to-shape
  
• Foam Boards - lightweight paper and foam core board; various thicknesses; for short-term applications
